MNC Consulting LLC

Mariana Crawford currently serves as President for MNC Consulting LLC in California and Geller Silvis and Associates in Oregon. After receiving an MBA in finance from the University of Oregon, Mariana has been a key principal in closing over 200 multifamily transactions in 12 states, primarily focused in the Pacific Northwest, California, Montana and Alaska. 

Before becoming president of Geller Silvis and Associates and establishing MNC Consulting LLC, Mariana served as 
Senior Project Manager for Chelsea Investment Corporation, 
Senior Underwriter for HUD’s Region X, 
and Tax Credit Programs Manager for Oregon Housing and Community Services. 

To date, she engineered, analyzed and recommended financing strategies with total development cost in excess of $3B. She has worked with nonprofits, for profits and housing authorities from San Diego to Bellingham, developing and preserving affordable housing and finding solutions to reposition assets that had previously been overlooked and unappreciated. Mariana has been instrumental to the creation of permanent supportive housing, ex-offender housing, housing for foster children, young adults exiting the foster system, developing and rehabilitating housing stock to marginalized communities, as well as developing housing for seniors, low-income individuals and families in need of housing stability.
