Mariana N. Crawford, owner and president of Geller Silvis & Associates in Oregon, expanded her impact on the West Coast to include California with the establishment of MNC Consulting LLC. Mariana brings over 20 years of experience in affordable housing and niche expertise in navigating California's complex affordable housing landscape, particularly in San Francisco and San Diego.
Empowering Communities Through Affordable Housing Solutions
As one of the first affordable housing consultants certified in the State of Oregon as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (“WBE”), we understand the challenges of access to opportunities in this field and partner with a diverse and experienced team of experts.
Mariana has been instrumental to the creation of permanent supportive housing, ex-offender housing, housing for foster children, young adults exiting the foster system, developing and rehabilitating housing stock to marginalized communities, as well as developing housing for seniors, low-income individuals and families in need of housing stability.
The current MNC team includes a diverse team of individuals, many of whom identify as people of color and as immigrants, with a passion for inclusive affordable housing on the West Coast.
